Bradford } To all to whom it may concern, Be it known that on this the first
day of January AD 1878, personally appeared before me a Justice of the Peace of the State
of Florida the above named Eugenia Williams to me well known as the wife of
Theoffilus Williams and as one of the persons described in and who executed the foregoing
Deed who being at the time Separate and apart from her husband, the Said
Theoffilus Williams did then and there make and execute the foregoing
acknowledgement, her name being with her own hand subscribed, and her
Seal affixed in my presence

This Indenture made this first day of January in the year one thousand eight
hundred and Seventy five between D.G. Anderson of Chester County State
of the first part
of South Carolina^and Celia Wait of the City of Gainesville in the County
of Alachua and State of Florida Witnesseth that the said
party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Thirty
Dollars lawful money of the United States to him duly paid before
the delivery hereof, doth bargain and Sell and by these presents
doth grant and convey unto the said party of the second part her
heirs and assigns forever, all that certain piece or portion of
lying and being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida in
Section (4) four Township (10) Ten South Range (20) Twenty east and
which is known and described as follows To wit:
Said lot situated east of the Florida Rail Road and North of a lot
owned by A. Smith commencing at the NE Corner of said Smith
lot running North (630) Six hundred and thirty feet West (210)
two hundred and ten feet South (630) Six hundred and thirty
feet East to place of commencement (210) two hundred and ten
feet containing three acres more or less together with all and
Singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances and the
Estate title and interest of said party of the first part therein
And the same party of the first part doth hereby covenant and agree
with said party of the second part that at the time of delivery
hereof the said party of the first part is the lawful owner of
the premises above granted and Seized thereof in fee Simple absolute
