as attorney for D.G. Anderson for the uses and purposes therein

Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered into this May 29th AD 1877
between Annie L. Barton and D.W.L. Barton her husband Franklin Johnson and
Sarah S. Johnson his wife and Agnes M. Miller and C.R. Miller, her husband,
parties of the first part and Julia Cessna party of the second part, all of the
State and County aforesaid. Witnesseth That the said parties of the first part
for thirteen hundred and eighty two ($1382) dollars the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged have granted bargained and Sold and do hereby grant
bargain sell and convey unto the said party of the second part
(that is to say the said Franklin Johnson and Sarah S. Johnson, his wife, conveys
one third part Annie L. Barton and D.W.L. Barton one Sixth part and Agnes
M. Miller and C.R. Miller one Sixth part) of the pieces and parcels of land
hereinafter described to wit: 1st a piece or parcel of land described as
Situate and lying in section fourteen (14) Township ten (10) S Range Nineteen
East and bounded as follows viz= commencing at the half mile Stake of
the East line of Section fourteen (14) Township ten Range Nineteen (19) East
and running thence West along the half mile line dividing said Section
fourteen (14) in twain forty (40) chains to a Stake: thence South thirty seven 50/100
chains to a Stake on the Gary Grant line; thence, North east along said
Gary Grant lone to a stake on East line of said aforesaid Section fourteen; and
thence North along said line five chains to the point of beginning containing
eighty four acres more or less: Also a second piece or parcel of land situate
lying near the North line of Section twenty two (22) Township ten (10) S
Range nineteen East and more particularly described as follows, viz - commencing
at the South west corner of Charles P. Perry's lot in Garden City and
adjoining it running thence South fourteen (14) chains to the AG & WIT Co
Railroad thence East & North along the line of said railroad ten 70/100 chains
