thence Northwesterly ten (10) chains and Seventy five links to a Stake
thence Southwesterly five chains to the point of beginning containing ten (10)
and Sixty one hundredths acres of land Also a third piece or parcel of land
Situate & lying in Garden City and described as the South East Corner Block
containing about four acres, Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining
as also all the estate, right, title interest, dower or right of dower Separate
estate, property claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in
equity of the said parties of the first part in of and to the same and every
part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances.
To have and to hold the above granted, bargained and described premises,
with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns, to their own proper use, benefit and behoof forever
And the said parties of the first part for themselves and their heirs and
assigns, against all and every person or persons whomsoever, lawfully
claiming or to claim the above described and hereby granted and conveyed
premises, the same, shall and will forever warrant and defend in accordance
with the covenant of these presents

Johnson wife of Franklin Johnson who upon examination by me
held Separate and apart from her husband, acknowledged
that she did make sign and execute the foregoing Deed of conveyance
for the purpose of relinquishing and deed away her dower and
right of dower in the same, and that such execution was her free
and voluntary act, uncontrolled by any fear compulsion, constraint
or favor of or from her said husband
