Personally appeared C.R. Miller and Agnes M. Miller his wife who I am
satisfied are the Grantors in the within Indenture named and who
executed the same and I having first made known to them the contents
thereof They did severally before me acknowledge that they signed
sealed and delivered the same as their voluntary act and deed for the
uses and purposes therein expressed and the said Agnes M. Miller
being by me privately Examined Separate and apart from her said
husband did further before me acknowledge that she Signed sealed and
delivered the same as her voluntary act and deed Freely and without any
fear threat or compulsion of or from her said husband
