This Indenture made and entered into on this the Eighteenth day
of September in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and Sixty one Between James T. Soutter, of the City of New York,
and John McRae, of the City of Wilmington, trustees duly appointed
by the Florida Rail Road Company, parties of the first part, and
Casswell Sillevant party of the second part Witnesseth:
That the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of Ninety dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of the Second
part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath given granted aliened
bargained, sold, transferred; and do by these presents give, grant, alien,
bargain, sell transfer and convey unto the said party of the second
part The North west quarter of the North East quarter of Section
twenty one of Township Eight South of Range twenty one east (T8 S R21 E)
containing forty acres more or less
To Have and to Hold, the above described premises, together with
all and singular the rights and privaliges, immunities easements
and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining unto
the said party of the second part and his heirs, as their absolute
property in fee simple forever, and the said parties of the first
part for themselves and successors, as Trustees as aforesaid and for
the said Florida Rail Road Company and for all others claiming
by through or under them or with of them, do covenant and agree
that they are Seized of a good and indefeasible fee simple to the above
premises and that they have good right to convey the same as they
have conveyed the same free and discharged from all encumbrances
and liens of any and every nature and description; and that the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns, shall
quietly and peaceably enjoy the above described premises
against all persons whatsoever lawfully claiming the same
and that they will at any and at all times make such
further covenants, conveyances, and assurances at the
expense of the said party of the second part as he the said
party of the second part   heirs or assigns, or counsel learned
in law may require

and for said County personally came M.A. Williams who being duly Examined
acknowledged that he signed the within deed as witness and that he
saw Geo W. Call Attorney for the trustees of the Florida Rail Road
company sign seal and deliver the same for the purposes therein
contained and set forth.
