This Indenture, made this Twenty Sixth day of December in the
year Eighteen hundred and Seventy Seven, between Charles W. Brush at
present of the City of San Francisco and State of California, Exec-
utor of the last will and testament of Nehemiah Brush, deceas-
ed, of the first part, and Mrs Mary E. Furman of Alachua County,
and State of Florida of the Second part;
Whereas, Nehemiah Brush, by his last will and testament, da-
ted the tenth day of March, in the year Eighteen hundred and
forty three, duly admitted to probate, and now of record in the of
fice of the Clerk of Alachua County and State of Florida, au-
theorized and empowered his Executors therein named to Sell and
Convey Certain real estate also in Said Will named. And Whereas,
the party hereto of the first part, the Surviving Executor named in
Said Will, by virtue of Such Authority has Sold to the Said
