This Indenture made this 23d day of February in the year of our
Lord one Thousand Eight hundred and Seventy Seven between
Green R. Moore of the first part, and Charles Williams
William Williams Alfred Colman, Lewis Edwards Lundy
Tyler Nero Beryam trustees of the A.M.E. Church parties
of the Second part, Witnesseth that the Said party of the
first part in Consideration of the Sum of Sixty dollars
($60\00) in hand paid the receipt Whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged have granted bargained and Sold and by these
presents do grant bargain and Sell unto the Said parties of
the Second part, their Successors all that piece or parcel
of land Situated in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida to wit: North West Corner of the North East Quar-
ter of the South east Quarter of Section 28 Township Eleven
Range Eighteen South & East
Together with the appurtenances thereunto belonging and
all the Estate, right, title, interest Claim and demand
of the Said party of the first part herein, And the Said
Green R. Moore party of the first part hereby expressly
waive release relinquish and Convey unto the Said
parties of the Second part and their Successors as trustees
of the A.M.E. Church located at Archer County and State
above mentioned all right title interest claim and
and benefit whatsoever in and to the above des-
cribed premises and each and every part thereof which
is given by or results from any and all laws of this State
pertaining to the exemptions of homesteads
And the Said Green R. Moore for himself his heirs execu-
tors and administrators do covenant grant bargain and
agree to and with the Said parties of the Second part and
their Successors that at the time of the delivery hereof
the Said party of the first part is the lawful owner of
the premises above granted and Seized thereof in fee
Simple absolute and that he will warrant and def-
end the above granted premises in the quiet and peace
