This Indenture, Made this twenty ninth day of December
in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and
Seventy Seven between Samuel Williams and his wife Henny
Williams of Alachua County & State of Florida of the first part
and the trustees of the A.M.E. Church of Archer Alachua
County and State of Florida of the Second part; Witnesseth;
that the Said parties of the first part in Consideration of the
Sum of one dollar in hand paid the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained and Sold and
by these presents do grant bargain and Sell unto the Said
parties of the Second part their heirs Successors and assigns
all that piece or parcel of land Situated in the County of
Alachua and State of Florida to wit: one acre of Land for
a Church Commencing one chain and Eighty two links
from the North East Corner of the South East Quarter of
the North East Quarter of section twenty (20) township Eleven
(11) of Range Eighteen (18) S&E, Together with all the appur-
tenancies thereto belonging and all the estate right title
