This Indenture, Made the 25th day of July in the year of our
Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy Seven, Between Robt
W. Campbell and Fannie W. Campbell of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida of the first part, and
Sarah F. Burton of the Same place of the Second part,
Witnesseth, that the Said parties of the first part, for and in Consid-
eration of the Sum of One Hundred Dollars lawful money of
the United States of America to them in hand paid by the Said
party of the Second part, at or before the ensealing and deliv-
ery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted, bargained, Sold, aliened, remised, released, Conveyed,
and confirmed and by these presents grant, bargain, Sell, alien,
remise, release, convey and Confirm, unto the Said party of the
second part and to her heirs and assigns, forever, all that Certain
tract or parcel of Land lying and being in the County and State
aforesaid and State of Florida described as follows
The South West 1/4 of the North West 1/4 of the North West 1/4 Con-
taining Ten acres in Section (23) Township (8) S R21 E
Together with all and Singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the
reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents,
issues and profits thereof, And Also all the estate right title
interest, dower, and right of Dower, Separate estate, property, poss-
ession, claim and demand whatsoever, as well in law as in
Equity of the Said parties of the first part, of in and to the Same
and every part and parcel thereof, with the appurtenances: To Have 
and to Hold the above granted, bargained and described premises
unto the Said parties of the Second part Her heirs and assigns
to Her own proper use, benefit and behoof forever.
And the Said parties of the first part for themselves their heirs, ex-
ecutors, and administrators do covenant promise and agree to
and with the Said partie of the Second part, her heirs and assigns,
that the Said parties of the first part at the time of the sealing and
deliveryof these presents are lawfully Seized in fee Simple of a
good, absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance, of and in
all and Singular the above granted bargained and described
premises, with the appurtenances and has good right full power
and lawful authority to grant bargain Sell and Convey the
Same in manner and form aforesaid, and that the Said party
of the Second part her heirs and assigns Shall and may at
all times hereafter, peaceably and quietly have hold, use
occupy possess and enjoy the above granted premises and every
