        County   } M. Roberds (formerly before my present marriage
Rosa M. Heath widow of Washington R. Heath deceased of Alachua
County Florida, and administrator of the Estate of Said Washing-
ton R. Heath decd) and Reuben W. Roberds husband of the
Said Rosa M. Roberds, and Mary W. Heath an heir at
law of Said Washington R. Heath deceased all now residents
of the State of Georgia and County aforesaid, for and in
Consideration of the Sum of Five Dollars to us Cash in
hand paid by James D. Matheson and Elise W. Haile merchants
and partners doing business in the town of Gainesville Florida
under the firm name and Style of "Matheson and Company"
the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, have granted
bargained Sold Conveyed and forever quit claimed and by
these presents do grant bargain, Sell Convey and forever quit-
Claim unto them the Said Matheson and Company all the
right title interest claim and demand whatsoever kind or
nature it may be at law and or in equity of in and to or to
all that Certain Lot, piece or parcel of Land lying being and
Situated in the Town of Gainesville, in the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida particularly designated and des-
cribed upon the original map and plats of the Said Town of
Gainesville as Commencing at the North West Corner of Lot
One (1) of Block Four (4) of Range Three (3) of Said Town
of Gainesville thence East one hundred (100) feet thence South
Thirty (30) feet thence West one hundred (100) feet thence North
thirty (30) feet to the place of beginning having a front running
North and Soth on East Main Street of Thirty (30) feet and a
depth running East and West one hundred (100) feet. Together
with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments and appurten-
ances to the Same belonging or in any wise appertaining
To have and to hold the Same unto them the Said James D.
Matheson and Elise W. Haile as Such Copartners and to their
heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee Simple ab-
Solute forever.
