This Indenture made this the         day of November
in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and
Seventy Seven between John L. Barton of Chataugua County
in the State of New York and Annie L. Barton and her
husband D.W.L. Barton who joins in this deed for the purpose
of ratifying the action of his wife in the premises of the 
County of Alachua and State of Florida parties of the first
part, and Percifer F. Wilson and the Heirs of R.H. Wilson
to wit Maggie S. Wilson and Robert G. Wilson the children
of Said R.H. Wilson parties of the Second part
Witnesseth, that the Said parties of the first part, for and
in Consideration of the Sum of Three Thousand ($3000) -
dollars to them in hand paid by the Said parties of the Sec-
ond part, at and before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
