bargained, Sold, released granted, Conveyed, and Confirmed,
and by these presents do bargain Sell release grant Convey and
Confirm unto the Said parties of the Second part their heirs and
assigns forever, all that Certain tract or parcel of land lying
& Situated in the County of Alachua State of Florida known and 
described as follows to wit: beginning at the South West Corner
of what is known as the George I.F. Clark Grant and runing
South 40 degrees and 15 minuets East 9 Chains thence North 71
degrees 45 minuets East 41 34/100 chains thence South 40 degrees
15 minuets East 10 chains: thence South 14 degrees 55 Minuets
West 34 85/100 Chains (which Said line of 34 85/100 chains is
here numbered 4) thence North 85 degrees & 15 minuets West 13 30/100
Chains: thence South 85 degrees & 45 minuets West 26 chains
thence North 40 degrees & 15 Minuets West 48 95/100 chains
(which Said line of 48 95/100 chains is here numbered 7) thence
North 89 degrees & 20 minuets East 23 Chains thence South
71 degrees East 6 41/100 chains, also that part of Paynes
Prairie lying on the South East Side of the foregoing described
land included between the lines herein mentioned and designa-
ted as lines Nos 4 & 7, extended until they intersect in Said Prairie
The right of way for a good road where the hammock joins on
   Paynes
Said^Prairie is hereby reserved, the above description embraces
two hundred and ten acres of land more or less the interest
herein Conveyed to Said parties of the Second part is one undivi-
ded half interest to Percifer F. Wilson and one undivided half
interest to Maggie S. Wilson and Robert G. Wilson heirs of the
Said aforesaid R.H. Wilson.
Together with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise apper-
taining, and all the estate, right title, interest property, poss-
ession claim and demand whatsoever, as well in Law as
in Equity of the Said parties of the first part, in and to
the above described premises, and every part and parcel
thereof; To Have and to Hold The above bargained granted
and described premises, with the appurtenances unto the Said
parties of the Second part their heirs and assigns to them and their
own proper use benefit and behoof forever. And the Said
parties of the first part, for their heirs, executors and ad-
ministrators do hereby covenant with the Said party of the Sec-
ond part their heirs and assigns, that at the time of the
delivery thereof the Said parties of the first part were the
lawful owners of the premises above granted, and Seized
thereof in fee Simple absolute; and that they are free from
all incumbrances; that the Said parties of the first part
have good right to sell and Convey the Same to the Said
parties of the Second part as aforesaid, and that the Said
parties of the first part their heirs, executors and administrators
the above described and hereby granted and conveyed premises
and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances
unto the Said parties of the Second part their heirs and assigns
