Said Company is Seized of a good and indefeasable fee 
Simple to the above Premises and has good right to Con-
vey the Same, and it has Conveyed the same free and dischar-
ged from all encumbrances and liens of any and every na-
ture and description; and that the Said party of the Second 
part his heirs and assigns, Shall quietly and peaceably
and may at all times hereafter, have, use, occupy, possess
and enjoy the above described premises against all 
persons whatsoever, lawfully claiming the Same, and 
that it will at any and at all times make Such fur-
ther Covenant, Conveyances and assurances at the 
expense of the said party of the Second part, as he the 
said party of the Second part, his heirs and assigns or
Counsel learned in the Law may require

This Indenture, Made this the twenty fifth day of October in the
year of Our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy Seven
Between, Samuel W. Wilson & his wife Mary E. Wilson of the City
of Gainesville of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
parties of the first part, and Henry C. Strack of City of Rahway
County of Union State of New Jersey, party of the Second part,

Witnesseth, That the Said parties of the first, for and in consid-
eration of the Sum of Four Hundred and X ($420 00/100) dollars to them
in hand paid by the Said party of the Second part, at and
before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained Sold released
granted Conveyed and Confirmed and by these presents they
do bargain Sell release grant Convey and Confirm unto
the Said party of the Second part, his heirs and assigns
forever, all that Certain tract of Land known as the fractional
part of the North half of the North East Quarter
of Section Thirty one Township Nine Range twenty
East, Bounded as follows, Commencing at the NE Corner
of Section thirty one Township 9, Range 20 East; & running
