thence due South one hundred & ninety three yards to a
Stake, Thence due East Eight hundred and Eighty yards, thence
due North one hundred and ninety three yards thence due
East Eight hundred and Eighty yards to the point of Starting
Containing in all Thirty five (35) acre more or less being part of
the Same Land Conveyed by Mrs Mary McMillan to the parties
of the first part,
Together with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining
and all the estate, right title interest property, possession claim
and demand whatsoever as well in Law as in Equity, of the Said
parties of the first part in and to the above described premis-
es and every part and parcel thereof:

To have and to hold the above granted, bargained and described prem-
ises, with the appurtenances, unto the Said party of the Second part
his heirs and assigns, to him and for his own proper use, benefit and
behoof forever, and the Said parties of the first part, for their heirs
executors and administrators, do hereby Covenant with the Said party
of the Second part his heirs and assigns that at the time of the
delivery hereof the Said parties of the first part are the law-
ful owners of the premises above granted, and Seized thereof in
fee Simple absolute; that they are free from all incumbrances
and that the Said parties of the first part have good right to
Sell and Convey the Same to the Said parties of the Second part
as aforesaid, and that the Said parties of the first part for
their heirs executors and administrators the above described
and hereby granted and Conveyed premises, and every part
and parcel thereof with the appurtenances, unto the Said party
of the Second part his heirs and assigns, against the Said
parties of the First part and their heirs and against all
and every person and persons whomsoever, lawfully claiming or
to claim the Same, Shall and will warrant and by these presents
forever defend.

acknowledged have remised released, relinquished, renounced and
