Alachua County   } William T. Richardson (Bachelor) Samuel
T. Richardson (Bachelor) Margaret L. Richardson widow of
James M. Richardson late of Alachua County Florida deceased
and Henry S. Richardson and M.S. Richardson his wife
all of the aforesaid County and State for and in Consid-
eration of the Sum of Seven Hundred and fifty Dollars
to us Cash in hand on this day paid by George W. Spark-
man of Alachua County Florida the receipt whereof we
and each of us do hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained Sold and Conveyed; and by those presents
do grant bargain sell and Convey unto him the Said
George W. Sparkman all that Certain lot piece or parcel
of Land Situated lying and being in the town of Gaines-
ville County of Alachua and State of Florida: particu-
larly described upon the Original maps or plats of said
Town of Gainesville as the West half of Lot Three (3) in
Block Three (3) of Range Four (4) Containing a front run-
ning East and West of Thirty (30) feet and a depth running
north and South of two hundred and ten (210) feet Situated
on the North Side of the Court house Square on the East Side
of and adjoining the Building now occupied by Mess
Foster and Colclough = Together with all and Singular
the tenements and hereditaments to the Same belonging
or in any wise appurtaining
To Have and to Hold the Same unto him the Said George
W. Sparkman and to his heirs executors administrators
and assigns in fee Simple absolute forever - And
we the Said William T. Richardson, Samuel T. Richardson
Henry S. Richardson and M.S. Richardson his wife
and Margaret L. Richardson do hereby Covenant
and agree to and with the Said George W. Sparkman
and his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns
that we are lawfully Seized in fee of the property hereby
Conveyed, that we have good right to Sell and Convey the
Same, that the Same is free from all encumbrances
of whatsoever kind and description and that we will
and our and each of our heirs, executors and adminis-
trators Shall and will warrant and defend the Said
premises unto him the Said George W. Sparkman and his
heirs executors administrators and assigns the lawful
Claims and demands of us and each of us and any
and all person whomsoever = And I the Said Nar-
garet L. Richardson do hereby declare that I did join
in the execution of this deed for the purpose of releas-
ing relinquishing and renouncing and Conveying
all right or Claim to dower in Said property
at Law or in Equity by reason of being the widow
of James M. Richardson deceased
