This, Indenture, made the third day of January in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventy Eight
Between Alexander Goodson & Celia Goodson wife of Alexander
Goodson of the County of Alachua and State of Florida of
the first part, and Robert Morrison of of the State of
Ohio of the Second part, Witnesseth, that the Said parties
of the first part, for and in Consideration of the Sum of Four
hundred & twenty one Eighty hundredths dollars, lawful money
of the United States of America, to them in hand paid
