and Seventy Seven between Laura Dell and John B. Dell, her hus-
band and trustee for Laura Dell of the property herein below
described, parties of the first part and William F. Smith party
of the Second part, all of Said State and County Witnesses That
the parties of the first part for and in Consideration of the Sum
of Three thousand one Hundred and twenty Dollars lawful
money to the aforesaid Laura Dell well and truly paid by the
