scriber Laura Dell, wife of John B. dell and "Cestui que trust" of
the premises Conveyed in the above deed, to me well known; who
being privately examined Separtate and apart from her Said
husband acknowledged that She executed jointly with her
Said husband the foregoing deed for the purposes and objects
herein expressed and contained: And with the intention and
design to relinquish, renounce and forever release unto the
Said William F. Smith his heirs and assigns all her right
claim interest and title as "Cestui que trust" in and to the premises
thereby Conveyed.
And the Said Laura Dell acknowledged that this release
relinquishment and Conveyance her interest in the
premises aforesaid is made freely and voluntarily; and
without any compulsion, Constraint, apprehension or
fear of or from her Said husband, as husband or trustee
