in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventy
Seven between William F. Smith and Mary A. Smith his wife
of the Said William F. Smith parties of the first part
and John B. Smith party of the Second part;
Witnesseth That the Said parties of the first part for and in
Consideration of the Sum of Four Hundred and Eighty dollars
lawful money to them in hand paid by the Said party
of the Second part at or before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained aliened Sold remised released Conveyed
and Confirmed; and by these presents do grant bargain alien
Sell remise release Convey and Confirm unto the Said party
of the Second part and his heirs and assigns forever all
that tract or parcel of land known and designated on the
public maps as follows - To Wit: The (E 1/2 of NW 1/4) East half of
North West Quarter: the (NE 1/4 of SW 1/4) North East Quarter of South West

Quarter: the (E 1/2 of NW 1/4 of East half of the North West Quarter of
North West Quarter: the (E 1/2 of SW 1/4 of NW 1/4) East half of South
West Quarter of North West Quarter all in Section (9) nine: Town-
ship ten (10), Range (15) Fifteen South and East: Containing one
hundred and Sixty Acres: more or less: Situated in the County
of Alachua and State of Florida.
Together with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining
and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders rents
issues and profits thereof: and also all the estate right title and
interest with all the property possession claim and demand what-
Soever, as well in law as on equity of the Said parties of the
first part of in and to the Same and every part and parcel
thereof with the appurtenances
To Have and to Hold the above granted, bargained and des-
cribed premises with the appurtenances unto the Said party of
the Second part, his heirs and assigns to their own proper benefit
and use in fee Simple forever -
And the Said parties of the first part for themselves their heirs
executors and administrators do Covenant promise and agree to
and with the Said parties of the first part at the time of the Sealing
and delivery of these presents were lawfully Seized in fee Simple of
a good absolute and indefeasible inheritance of and in all
and Singular the above granted bargained and described prem-
ises with the appurtenances; and had good right full power and
lawful authority to grant bargain Sell and Convey the Same
in manner and form aforesaid: and that that the Said party
of the Second part his heirs and assigns Shall and may at all
times hereafter peaceably and quietly have hold use ocupy
possess and enjoy the above granted premises and every part and
parcel thereof with the appurtenances: without any let Suit trouble
