Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that
I John N. Ormand as executor of the Will of Mary D. Ormand
deceased in Consideration of the Sum of Fifty dollars lawful
money to me in hand paid by R.R. Ormand of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged have given granted bargained, Sold and Conveyed
unto the Said R.R. Ormand the following piece or parcel of
land Situated in Alachua County and State of Florida
and known as the South East Quarter of the South West Quar-
ter of Section Sixteen township ten Range twenty two Con-
taining forty acres together with all the privileges and ap-
purtenances to the Same in anywise appertaining or belong-
ing to. To have and to hold the aforesaid granted premises
unto the Said R.R. Ormand his heirs and assigns and their
use and behoof forever and I the Said John N. Ormand
as Executor of the Will of Mary D. Ormand deceased for
myself my heirs executors and administrators with the
Said R.R. Ormand his heirs and assigns that I am as
executor of the Will of Mary D. Ormand deceased lawfully
Seized in fee of the afore granted premises that they are
free from all encumbrances that I have good right to Sell
and Convey the Same unto the Said R.R. Ormand and
that I will as executor of the Will of Mary D. Ormand
deceased and my heirs executors and administrators
Shall warrant and defend the Same against the Claims
and demands of all persons whatsoever
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and
Seal in the year of Our Lord one thousand Eight
hundred and Seventy Eight on this the Seventh day of
