This Indenture Made this the 27th day of March AD
1876, between Lawson L. Hill and his wife Louisanna E. Hill
of the County of Alachua and the State of Florida parties of
the first part And Alfred B. Tanquary of Rockbridge Coun-
ty Virginia party of the Second part, Witnesseth that the Said
parties of the first part for and in Consideration of the
Sum of Forty Six dollars ($46.) to them in hand paid the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained Sold
Conveyed and Confirmed and by these presents do bargain
Sell Convey and Confirm unto the Said party of the Second
part his heirs and assigns forever all that tract or lot of land
described as follows to wit: part of the South East Quarter
of Section thirty two township nine South Range twenty East in
Alachua County Florida bounded and more fully descry-
bed as follows beginning at a Stake on the line between Sec-
tions thirty two and thirty three above name three chains
and Eighteen links North of the South East Corner of Sec-
tion thirty two above named and thence North Nine Chains
and Seventy five links to a Stake and thence West Nine
Chains and Fifty four links to a Stake and thence South
nine Chains and Seventy five links to a Stake and thence
East to place of beginning: Containing Nine and one fourth
acres more or less together with all =+ the estate right
property and appurtenances whatsoever belonging thereto to the
above described premises as well in Law as in Equity of the Said
parties of the first part in and to the above described premises
To have and to hold unto the Said party of the Second part his
heirs and assigns forever and the Said parties of the first part
for their heirs executors and administrators hereby Covenant
with the Said party of the Second part his heirs and assigns
that at the time of the delivery hereof the parties of the first
part are the lawful owners of the premises above described in
fee Simple that they are free from all encumbrances and
said parties of the first part have good right to Sell and Convey
the Same to Said party of the Second part as aforesaid and the
Said parties of the first their heirs executors and administrators
do sell Convey and Warrant to said party of the Second part
and will ever defend
