Deed of Conveyance and acknowledged that they executed
the same for the purpose therein expressed" Whereupon it

This Indenture made and entered into this 21st day of August
1877, between James Doig Wm H. Robertson and Francis W. Doig
and Margaret E. Robertson wives of James Doig and Wm
H. Robertson (who join in this deed for the purpose of ren-
ouncing and relinquishing their right of Dower to the prem-
ises hereinafter Conveyed) of the first part and David A.
Robertson of the second part Witnesseth that the Said par-
ties of the first part for and in Consideration of the Sum
of twenty five dollars to them paid the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged have granted bargained Sold and by
these presents do grant bargain and Sell and Convey unto the
party of the Second part all that tract or parcel of land known
and described on the map of Voyles Survey of 1876 as Lot 7,
Block 1 Range 1 of an Eastern Addition to the town of Gain-
esville County of Alachua and State of Florida
To Have and to Hold to the Said part of the Second
part his heirs and assigns with the rights and appur-
tenancies thereto belonging and the title to the Same the
parties of the first part to the party of the Second part his
heirs and assigns Shall and will forever warrant and defend
by these presents
