was adjudged and apportioned as the property belonging to the
Estate of the Said Nehemiah Brush, deceased.
Together with all and Singular the rights privileges advantages
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances and the reversion and
reversions, remainder and remainders, rent, issues, and profits
thereof; And Also All the estate right title, interest claim and dem-
and whatsoever, both in law and equity, which the Said testator
had in his lifetime and at the time of his decease, which the
Said party hereto of the first part hath by virtue of said Last Will
and Testament, or otherwise, of, in, and to the Same and every
part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances.
To Have and to Hold the above described lot or parcel of ground
with the appurtenances, unto the Said party hereto of the Second part
his heirs and assigns forever.
And the Said party hereto of the first part as executor aforesaid
doth Covenant with the Said party of the Second part his heirs
and assigns, that he has not done any act, matter or thing to incum-
ber the property hereby conveyed and that he will execute Such fur-
ther assurances as may be necessary

ioner appointed by the Governor of the State of Florida, and duly
Commissioner and qualified to take acknowledgements of deeds &c in
the State of California that are to be used or recorded in the State
of Florida personally appeared Charles W. Brush, to me well known
of my own knowledge to be the party described in and who executed
the foregoing deed, and acknowledged the Same to be his act
