This Indenture, Made this the 12th day of January in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventy eight between George H.
Sutherland of the County of Alachua and State of Florida party
of the first part, and Mary A. Burke of Alachua County State
of Florida party of the Second part,        part
Witnesseth, that the Said party of the first, for and in Consider
ation of the Sum of Seven hundred & fifty ($750) dollars to him
in hand paid by the Said party of the Second part, at and before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged has bargained Sold released granted, con-
veyed and Confirmed and by these presents do bargain Sell, release
grant Convey and Confirm unto the Said party of the Second
part, her heirs and assigns, forever, all that Certain piece or parcel of
land Situate and lying in Section twenty two (22) township ten (10)
South Range Nineteen east Conty and State aforesaid and par-
ticularly described as follows viz - Commencing at the South West
Corner of twenty two aforesaid and running thence East twelve chains
and Sixty links to a Stake the point of beginning and runing thence
north thirty chains to a Stake, thence East ten (10) chains to a
Stake: thence South thirty chains to a Stake, on the South line of
Said Section twenty two aforesaid and thence West ten chains
to the point of beginning Containing thirty acres more or less, A,
right of way for a road privileges thirty feet wide nea the Center
East and West through Said piece or parcel of land is hereby re
Served.
Together with all and Singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the
estate right, title interest property possession claim and demand what
Soever as well in law as in Equity of the Said party of the first part in
and to the above described premises and every part and parcel thereof:
To Have and to Hold, The above granted, bargained and described
premises with the appurtenances unto the Said party of the second
part her heirs and assigns to her and their own proper use benefit
and behoof forever; And the Said party of the first part for his
heirs executors and administrators do Covenant with the Said
