party of the Second part her heirs and assigns, that at the
time of the delivery hereof the said party of the first part
was the lawful owner of the premises above granted and
Seized thereof in fee Simple absolute; that they are free from
all encumbrances; that the Said party of the first part has
good right to Sell and Convey the Same to the said party

the first part his heirs executors and administrators the

that I, Mariah Sutherland wife of George H. Sutherland
Grantor in the foregoing Deed Conveying Real Estate
for and in Consideration of the premises in Said deed men-
tioned and of one dollar to me in hand paid by Mary
A. Burke Grantee in Said deed mentioned, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have remised, released,
relinquished renounced, and by these presents do remise release
relinquish renounce and forever quit claim unto the Said Mary A.
Burke all my Dower and right of Dower in and to the lands in the
foregoing Deed mentioned and Conveyed. To have and to hold the Same
unto the said Mary A. Burke her heirs and assigns forever; and
I do hereby acknowledge that I do the Same freely and voluntarily
and without any Compulsion, Constraint apprehension or fear of
or from her said husband
