George H. Sutherland who upon an examination by me
held Separate and apart from her husband, acknowledge
that She did make, Sign and Seal the foregoing renunci-
ation relinquishment and acknowledgment freely, volun-
tarily and without any Compulsion, Constraint, apprehension
of fear of or from her Said husband.

Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered into on
this the Second day of November in the year AD Eighteen hundred
and Seventy Seven, between Mrs Sarah R. Barnes and Louis A.
Barnes her husband parties of the First part and Thomas Harrold
of the Second part all of Alachua County State of Florida, Witness-
eth; That the said parties of first part for and in Consideration
of the Sum of One hundred dollars ($100) to them in hand
paid by the Said party of the Second part the receipt where
of is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained Sold and
Conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain Sell and
Convey unto the Said party of the Second part and to his heirs and
assigns forever all that Certain lot tract or parcel of land lying and
being in the County and State aforesaid and known and
described as follows to wit: the South half of the South West
Quarter of Section twenty nine, Township Nine Range Eighteen
South & East (S 1/2 of SW 1/4 of Sec 29, T9, R18 S&E) Containing Eighty
acres together with all the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining - To Have and to hold
to his heirs and assigns to his and their Sole use benefit
and behoof forever
And the parties of the first part Covenant and agree that they
are Seized in fee Simple of the above described premises and
have good right to Sell and Convey the Same and that they
will forever warrant and defend the Same to the Said party
of the Second part against themselves and against all
