Large personally Came Sarah R. Barnes wife of (Louis A.
Barnes) grantor in the foregoing Deed of Conveyance who
in an examination had and held by me Separate and apart
from her said husband acknowledged that the execution of
the aforesaid deed of Conveyance was her free and voluntary
act and that she executed the Same for the purposes therein
expressed and without compulsion apprehension fear
or favor of or from her Said husband.

who upon an examination acknowledged that he executed the

in the premises where upon it is prayed that the Same
may be admitted to record

This Indenture made and entered into on this twenty
fifth day of November AD one thousand Eight hundred
and Seventy three (1873) Between Walter B. Simonton of the
County of Fairfield and State of South Carolina of the first
part and Robert H. Hall of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida of the Second part.
Witnesseth that the Said party of the first part for and in
Consideration of the Sum of ($80000 Eight hundred dollars
to him in hand paid by the Said party of the Second part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath bargained
