and Sold and by these presents doth bargain and Sell unto
the Said party of the Second part and to his heirs and assigns
forever all that piece or parcel of land known and described as
follows, Commensing at a Stake on a line running East & West
through Sec No (35) Township (11) Range (21) where said line
crosses a branch or Stream of Water near the Center of Said
Section then following Said Stream up the Current to a poll Bridge
across Said Stream thence runing due South to the Section line
between Section (35) and Section No (2) in Marion County (This
line being the County line between Marion & Alachua Coun-
ties) thence East along said line to the South East Corner of
Section No (2) then following the Section line between Sections
No (35) & No (36) North to the first line mentioned or to its inter-
section with this line thence West along Said first line mention-
ed to point of begining Containing about 160 acres one hun-
dred and Sixty acres more or less all the above described
land lying and being in the South East Quarter of Section
No 35 Township 11 Range 21 County of Alachua & State of
Florida, Also one town lot in the Village of Micanopy
known as the Cosby place Containing one acre more or less
Together with all the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining and also all the estate
rights titles interest claim or demand whatsoever of him the
Said party of the first part may have either in law or Equity of in
and to the above bargained premises and to every part thereof
to have and to hold to the Said party of the Second part his
heirs and assigns in fee Simple forever.
