This Indenture, Made and entered into on this the twenty Eighth day 
of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Sev-
enty Seven, Between The Florida Land and Immigration Company, a 
body Corporate under the Laws of the State of Florida, party of the 
first part and William W. Parish of the Alachua County State of 
Florida party of the second part, Witnesseth, That the Said party 
of the first part, for and in Consideration of the Sum of one
hundred and sixty dollars lawful money of the United States 
of America, to it in hand paid by the Said party of the Sec-
ond part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these pres-
ents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has given
granted aliened bargained Sold transferred Conveyed and 
confirmed, and does by these presents give grant, alien
bargain Sell transfer, remise release, Convey, and Confirm 
unto the Said party of the Second part and to his heirs and assigns 
forever all that Certain tract or parcel of land Situate lying and being 
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida and better 
known and described on the public maps and records of said 
State as Lot numbered twelve of Section thirty in township Eight
        Range
South of Twenty East; Containing Eighty acres more or less (Lot
12 Sec 30 T8 S R 20E)
To have and to hold the above granted, bargained and described 
premises, together with all and Singular the rights and privileges
immunities, easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in any wise appertaining unto the Said party of the Second 
part and to his heirs and assigns as their absolute proper-
ty in fee Simple forever.
And the Said Florida Land and Immigration Company, for itself and 
assigns, and for all others claiming by through or under it does Cov-
enant and agree, that at the time of the execution and delivery of these 
presents, the Said Company is Seized of a good and indefeasable 
fee Simple to the above premises, and has good right to Convey the 
Same, as it has Conveyed the Same free and discharged from 
all incumbrances and liens of any and every nature and des-
cription; and that the Said party of the Second part his heirs 
and assigns, Shall quietly and peaceably, and may at all times 
hereafter have use occupy possess and enjoy the above described 
premises against all persons whatsoever lawfully claiming the Same
And that it will at any and at all times make Such fur-
ther Covenants, Conveyances and assurances at the expense of 
the Said party of the Second part as he the Said party of the 
Second part his heirs and assigns, or Counsel learned in the 
law may require

its Corporate to be hereunto affixed and these presents to be
