This Indenture, made the 17th day of January in the year of
Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventy eight. Between
William Trapp and Sarah Trapp his wife of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida of the first part, and Thompson
Trapp of the Same County and State of the Second part,
Witnesseth, that the Said party of the first part, for and in
Consideration of the Sum of One hundred Dollars lawful mon-
ey of the United States of America, to them in hand paid by
the Said party of the Second part at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby ac
knowledged Hath granted, bargained, Sold aliened, remised, re-
leased, conveyed, confirmed and by these presents doth grant
bargain Sell alien remise release Convey and Confirm unto the
Said party of the Second part, and to his heirs and assigns,
forever, all that piece or parcel of land lying and being in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida described as follows:
To wit, The South West Quarter of the South East Quarter of
Section four in Township ten South of Range Eighteen East
in the District of lands, Subject to Sale at Gainesville Florida
Containing Forty acres and twenty hundredths of an acre being
the Same tract of land patented to the Said William Trapp by
the United States on the thirtieth day of January AD one thous-
and Eight hundred and Seventy four.
Together with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments and appurten-
ances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining, and the reversion
and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues, and
profits thereof: And also all the estate right, title, interest, dower
and right of Dower, Separate estate, property, possession Claim,
and demand whatsoever, as well in law as in Equity of the
Said party of the first part, of, in and to the Same, and every
part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances: To Have and
to Hold the above granted, bargained and described premis-
es, with the appurtenances, unto the Said party of the Second
