Indenture for the uses and purposes therein Set forth

This Indenture, made the 26th day of October in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventy
Seven between Walter S. Land and his wife Amy S. Land who
joins her said husband in this Conveyance for the purpose
of relinquishing her dower or right of Dower in lands Con-
veyed of the first part, and Sarah R. Barnes of the Second
part Witnesseth, That the Said parties of the first part, for
and in consideration of the Sum of One hundred Dol-
lars lawful money of the United States of America, to them
in hand paid by the Said party of the Second part at or
before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted
bargained Sold aliened remised released, Conveyed
and Confirmed and by these presents do grant
bargain Sell alien remise release Convey and Confirm
unto the Said party of the second part and her heirs and
assigns forever all of one half interest of Walter S.
Land in and to the South West Quarter of Section twenty
two (22) Township ten (10) S Range twenty (20) East, at the
Same time prohibiting & by these presents barring the
Said party of the Second part from fishing with Seins
or nets in the waters of what is known as the "Sink"
on said land or from fishing in Said waters in any
other way for a Speculation
Together with all and Singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances thereto belonging or in any wise appertain-
ing, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remain-
ders, rents, issues and profits thereof, And also all the estate
right title interest property possession claim and demand,
whatsoever, as well in law as in equity, of the Said
parties of the first part of, in and to the Same, and
every part and parcel thereof, with the appurtenances:
To Have and to Hold the above granted, bargained and
described premises, with the appurtenances, unto
the Said party of the Second part her heirs and assigns
to their own proper use benefit and behoof forever
And the Said parties of the first part for their heirs
executors and administrators do covenant promise
and agree to and with the Said party of the Second
