Be it Known that on this the 26th day of October A
1877, personally appeared before me, a Judicial
officer of the State of Florida the above named
Amy Land to me well known as the wife of Walter
S. Land and as one of the persons described in
and who executed the foregoing Deed of Convey-
ance, who being at the time Separate and apart
from her said husband, the Said Walter S. Land
did then and there make and execute the
foregoing acknowledgment, he name being
with her own hand Subscribed and her Seal
affixed in my presence.

This Indenture made this the nineteenth day of December
one thousand eight hundred and Seventy Seven, between Mary F.
Shaw of the County of Alachua & State of Florida of the first
part of and Martha A. Easterlin of the Same County & State of the
Second part. Witnesseth that the Said party of the first part
for and in Consideration of the Sum of two hundred dollars
lawfull money of the United States to her duly paid before the
delivery hereof hath granted bargained and Sold and
by these presents doth bargain Sell and grant and Convey
to the Said party of the Second part her heirs and assigns
