known and described as follows, The South half of the West
Quarter of Section twenty in township eight South of Range Eighteen
Containing Eighty Acres more or less together with all and Sin-
gular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances and all
the estate title and interest of the Said party of the first part
therein, And the Said party of the first part doth hereby
Covenant and agree with the Said party of the Second part
that at the time of the delivery hereof the Said party of the
first part is the lawful owner of the premises above granted
And Seized thereof in fee Simple absolute and that she
will warrant and defend the above granted premises against
her heirs assigns or any person or persons whatsoever claim-
ing lawfully the Same and that She will warrant and defend
the above granted premises in the quiet and peaceable possession
of the Said of the Second part her heirs and assigns forever

This Indenture, made the eighteenth day of January in

Eight, Between, Mrs Ida C. Linley in her own right and J.W. Linley
her husband who joins in Conveying of the City of Charleston
State of South Carolina of the first part and Hardy Raulerson
of Alachua County State of Florida of the second part,
Witnesseth, That the Said party of the first part, for and in Con-
Sideration of the Sum of Eighty dollars Dollars lawful mon-
ey of the United States of America, to her in hand paid by
the Said party of the Second part at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is here-
by acknowledged hath granted bargained Sold aliened
remised released Conveyed and Confirmed and by these
presents do grant bargain Sell alien release Convey and
Confirm unto the Said party of the Second part and his heirs
