Alachua County } Whereas we Watson Porter and Olivia A. Porter his Wife and De
Warren L. Barton and Annie L. Barton his wife by our deed heretofore
executed and bearing date the 27th day of July AD 1869 did intend to
convey to Edward Haile the identical tract of land hereinafter described,
but by some clerical inadvertence did describe said tract of land as being
in section twenty five (25) when the same was really in section
Twenty seven (27) = and whereas by **** deeds of conveyance the title
to said lands has passed out of the said Edward Haile into the hands
of Joseph Mackey and John W. Hudson who are the owners thereof at this
time as is shown by the records of said State and County and
whereas we are desirous of correcting said error in the conveyance of said
land Now, therefore know all men by these presents that we the
Said Watson Porter and Olivia A. Porter his wife and DeWarren L.
Barton and Annie L. Barton his wife all of the aforesaid County and
State for and in consideration of the premises and of the sum of Five
Dollars to us cash in hand paid by said Joseph Mackey and
John W. Hudson of the State of Wisconsin the receipt whereof we do
hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold, conveyed and
forever quit claim unto the said Joseph Mackey and John W. Hudson
