in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida designated and described as follows:
to wit: Forty (40) acres of land being a part of Section Twenty Seven (27) in
Township Ten (10) South of Range Nineteen (19) East, bounded on the West and
             formerly in 1869
South by lands^belonging to Porter and Barton, on the North by lands formerly
owned by Lewis Patterson and Edward Haile, and on the East by lands
heretofore owned by Edward Haile = Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining = To Have and to Hold the same unto them the said Joseph Mackey
and John W. Hudson and to their and each of their heirs, executors

such separate examination that she did sign, seal and execute Said deed for
the purpose of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right or claim
to Dower in the lands in said deed described: and that she did the same
freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion, constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband the said Watson Porter

purposes as are there in contained and expressed = and the said Mrs Annie L.
Barton being first duly questioned and examined by me separate and apart
from her said husband on said separate examination did acknowledge before
me that she did sign, seal and deliver said deed for the purpose of
releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right and claim to
Dower in the lands in said deed described and that she did
the same freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion
