adjudged and apportioned as the property belonging
to the estate of the said Nehemiah Brush, deceased
Together with all and Singular the rights, privileges
advantages tenements, hereditaments and appurtenan-
ces and the reversion and reversions, remainder and
remainders, rents issues and profits thereof; And also
all the estate, right title interest claim and demand
whatsoever, both in law and equity, which the said testator
had in his lifetime and at the time of his decease
and which the said party hereto of the first part hath
by virtue of said last will and testament or otherwise
of, in, and to the Same and every part thereof, with the
appurtenances.
To Have and To Hold the above described lot or parcel
of Ground with the appurtenances, unto the Said
party hereto of the Second part her heirs and assigns
forever. And the said Party hereto of the first part as
executor aforesaid, doth Covenant with the Said party
of the Second part her heirs and assigns, that he has not
done any act matter or thing to incumber the property
hereby Conveyed, and that he will execute such further
assurances as may be necessary.

acknowledgment of deed &c in the State of California
that are to be used or recorded in the Said State of
Florida personally appeared Charles W. Brush, to me
known of my own knowledge to be the party described
in, and who executed the foregoing deed, and acknowl-
edged the Same to be his Act
