This Indenture, made this the 11 day of Feby in the year of
our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventy Eight Between
William A. Dickinson of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida party of the first part, and William A. Colclough
of the Same State and County party of the Second part,
Witnesseth, That the Said party of the first, for and in Con-
sideration of the Sum of Four hundred and Sixty dollars to
him in hand paid by the Said party of the Second part, at
and before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has bargained Sold
released granted Conveyed and Confirmed and by these
presents does bargain Sell release grant Convey and Con
firm unto the Said party of the Second part his heirs and
Assigns, forever all that Certain piece or parcel of land lying
being and Situated in the State of Florida and County of
Alachua Commencing at a post on the West boundary line
of the Clinch grant Situated at a point (12.50) twelve chains
and fifty links west of the half mile post on the East boun-
dary line of Section (7) Seven Run North (4 3/4) four and
three quarter degrees East along the Course of the Said Grant
line to a Stake at the Florida Rail Road thence South
    degrees West along said rail road thirty five Chains
and eighty links to a Stake thence due East twenty eight Chains
to the place of beginning, Said parcel of land Containing (13 1/2)
thirteen and one half acres more or less all lying being and
Situated in the North East Quarter of Section Seven Township
Ten Range twenty East
Together with all and Singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertain-
ing, and all the estate right title interest property possession
claim and demand whatsoever, as well in law as in Equity, of
the Said party of the first part, in and to the above described prem-
ises and every part and parcel thereof: To have and To Hold The
above granted, bargained and described premises with the appurten-
ances unto the Said party of the Second part his heirs and assigns
to his and their own proper use, benefit and behoof forever
And the Said party of the first part for his heirs, executors and
administrators do hereby Covenant with the Said party of the Second
part his heirs and assigns, that at the time of the delivery hereof
the said party of the first part is the lawful owner of the premis
es above granted, and Seized thereof in fee Simple absolute
that they are free from all incumbrances; that the Said party
of the first part has good right to sell and Convey the Same
to the Said party of the Second part his heirs executors and adminis-
trators, the above described and hereby granted and Conveyed
premises, and every part and parcel thereof, with the appur
tenancies, unto the Said party of of the Second part his heirs
and assigns against the Said party of the first part and
his heirs, and against all and every person and persons
