M. Julia Dickinson wife of W.A. Dickinson Grantor in
the foregoing Deed Conveying Real Estate, for and in Consid-
eration of the premises in said Deed mentioned, and of one
Dollar to me in hand paid by W.A. Colclough Grantee in Said
Deed Mentioned, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
have remised, released, relinquished, renounced, and by
these presents do remise, release, relinquish and renounce
and for Ever quit Claim unto the said W.A. Colclough
all my dower and right of dower in and to the lands
in the foregoing Deed mentioned and Conveyed. To Have and
to hold the Same unto the Said W.A. Colclough heirs and
assigns, forever' And I do acknowledge that I do the Same
freely and voluntarily, and without any Compulsion, Con-
straint apprehension or fear of or from my said Husband

her husband acknowledged that she did make, Sign and Seal
the foregoing renunciation, relinquishment and acknowledgment
freely, voluntarily and without any Compulsion Constraint ap-
prehension or fear of or from her Said husband
