wife of Cornelius Avera and as one of the persons described

husband, the said Cornelius Avera did then and there
make and execute the foregoing acknowledgment, her
name being with her own hand Subscribed and her seal

Alachua County } This Indenture made this twenty ninth
day of December Eighteen hundred and Seventy Seven be-
tween Samuel Williams of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida: parties of the first part and Charles
Williams of the County and State aforesaid party of the
Second part, Witnesseth that the Said party of the first
part for and in Consideration of the Sum of Fifty Dol
lars in hand paid by the Said Charles Williams party of
the second part doth bargain sell and release unto
