and being in the County and State aforesaid bounded
as follows, the North West Quarter of North East
Quarter of Section thirty two in township eleven South
of Range Eighteen East in the District of lands sub-
ject to sale at Gainesville Florida, Containing thir-
ty nine acres and four hundredths of an acre, to
have and to hold the aforesaid premises and all the
improvements unto the Said Charles Williams his
heirs executors administrators and assigns forever
And I the said party of the first part for myself
my heirs executors administrators and all other
lawful claims that may come, Shall and will warrant
and defend the same unto the said Charles Williams

ninth day of December Eighteen Hundred and Seventy Seven
before me J.M. Snowden a Justice of the Peace in and for
said County personally Came Henny Williams wife of Sam-
uel Williams to me personally known and severally acknowl-
edged that she executed the same for the Consideration and
purposes therein mentioned and set forth and the Said
Henny Williams having voluntarily appeared before me
in the absence of her husband declares that she has
of her own free will executed the said Conveyance and
has signed and sealed her relinquishment of dower with-
out Compulsion or under influence of her husband
