claim of Samuel Williams has been established 
and duly Consumated, in Conformity to law, for the 
North West Quarter of the North East Quarter of Sec-
tion thirty two, in township Eleven, South of Range 
Eighteen East in the District of Lands Subject 
to Sale at Gainesville Florida, Containing thirty 
nine acres and four hundredths of an acre according 
to the official Plat of the Survey of the Said Land
returned to the General Land office by the Sur-
veyor General: Now Know Ye, That there is, therefore, 
granted by the United States unto the said Samuel 
Williams the tract of Land above described: To Have 
and to Hold the said tract of Land, with the appurtenan-
ces thereof, unto the said Samuel Williams and to 
his heirs and assigns forever.

Alachua County   } This Indenture made this twenty ninth day
of December Eighteen hundred and Seventy Seven between
Nancy Williams of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
party of the first part and Charles Williams of the County
and State aforesaid party of the Second part. Witnesseth that
the said party of the first part for and in Consideration
of the sum of Forty Dollars in hand paid by the said
Charles Williams party of the Second part doth bargain
sell and release unto the said party of the Second part his
heirs and assigns forever a certain tract or parcel of land,
situate lying and being in the County and State aforesaid
and bounded as follows - The South East Quarter of the North
East Quarter of Section thirty two, in township Eleven South
of Range Eighteen East in the district of lands subject to
