that I, Annie E. Jarvis (formerly Annie E. Beattie and widow
of George F.K. Beattie late of said State and County de-
ceased) in my own right and as Executrix of the last
will and testament of the said George F.K. Beattie de-
ceased, together with my present husband James H. Jarvis
for and in Consideration of the Sum of one hundred and
fifty dollars to me the Said Annie E. Jarvis Cash in hand
paid at and before the ensealing and delivery of these pres-
ents by William A. Colclough of said State and County
the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, and under
