Block three (3) of Range two (2) in said town of
Gainesville thence East Sixty (60) feet, thence North one
hundred and Ten (110) feet thence West Sixty (60) feet
thence South one hundred and ten (110) feet to the
place of begining said Lot Block and range being
designated and numbered according to the original 
maps and surveys of said town of Gainesville the
same being on the South Side of the Court House
Square in said town of Gainesville, together with
all and Singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances to the Same belonging or in any wise
appurtaining to have and to hold the same unto him
the said William S. Colclough and to his heirs, execu-
tors administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute
forever = And I the Said Annie E. Jarvis as such Executrix
and in my own individual right and the Said
James H. Jarvis husband of the said Annie E. Jarvis
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the
said William A. Colclough that we will and our and
each of our heirs executors and administrators Shall
and will warrant and defend him the said William
A. Colclough and his heirs executors administrators and
assigns in the title to the property hereby Conveyed
against the lawful claims and demands of all per-
sons whomsoever

personally known who being duly questioned and
examined by me separate and apart from her Said
husband Says and acknowledges before me that
she did in her own individual right and as
Executrix of the Last will and testament of George F.K.
Beattie deceased Sign Seal and deliver the foregoing
deed of Conveyance for the uses and purposes as are
therein Contained and expressed and that she Signed, Seal-
ed and delivered said deed of Conveyance freely and
voluntarily and without any Compulsion Con-
straint apprehension or fear of or from her Said
