the uses and purposes as are therein Contained
and expressed and that he together with Samuel
C. Tucker Signed the Same as Subscribing witnesses

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents
that I, William A. Colclough of the aforesaid County
and State for and in Consideration of the Sum of
Five hundred and fifty Dollars to me in hand paid
by Annie E. Beattie of the aforesaid County and State, have
granted bargained sold and Conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and Convey unto her the
said Annie E. Beattie an undivided one half interest
of in and to all that Certain piece or parcel of land
Situated lying and being in the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida, Known and described as Section
Thirty three (33) in township Nine (9) South of Range twenty
(20) East: Also an undivided one third interest of in and
to that Certain lot or parcel of land lying and being in
the town of Gainesville, Alachua County Florida Known
and described as Bock one (1) in Range three (3) accor-
ding to the Original platts of the Said town of Gaines-
ville together with all and singular the tenements heredi-
taments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in any wise appurtaining.
To Have and to Hold the same unto her the said Annie
E. Beattie and to her heirs, executors administrators and
assigns in fee simple absolute forever
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and
affixed my Seal on this the 8th day of August AD 1877.
