This Indenture made this thirty day of January
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and seventy Eight, between Simon Lamp of the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida of the one
part and Rev P.G. Gowens and trustees in trust
for the use and purposes hereinafter mentioned all
of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
aforesaid of the other part, Witnesseth that the Said
Simon Lamp for and in Consideration of the
sum of ten dollars specie to him in hand paid
at and upon the sealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
given granted bargained sold released Confirmed
Conveyed and by these presents doth give grant bar-
gain sell release, confirm and convey unto them the Said
trustees and their successors (trustees in trust for the uses
and purposes hereinafter mentioned and declared) all the
estate right title interest property claim and demand what-
soever either in law or Equity which the said Simon Lamp
in to or upon all and singular a certain lot or piece of
land situate lying and being in the County of Alachua and
State aforesaid bounded as follows to wit: The South East
Quarter of the South West Quarter of Section twenty Six town-
ship ten Range twenty two East, Containing Eight acres
more or less one and one quarter acres lying on the West side
of Rail Road at south End of above described Land
containing and laid out for    acres of land together
