any trafic
^in Spirituous or malt Liquor by sale gift or otherwise by
the said party of the second part or his heirs or assigns on said
described lot of land or in the event of any or all of the
lot being sold or in any way transferred to any Colored person
or persons then and in such an event or events the said
described and conveyed land to revert to the said party
of the first part and become again her absolute prop-
erty.
Together with all and singular the tenements, heredi-
taments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right title, inter
est property possession claim and demand whatsoever
as well in Law as in Equity, of the said parties of the
first part in and to the above described premises and
every part and parcel thereof.
To Have and To Hold The above granted bargained and
described premises, with the appurtenances unto the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
to his and their own proper use benefit and behoof
forever, And the said parties of the first part for their heirs
executors and administrators do hereby Covenant with the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns, that
at the time of the delivery hereof the said parties of the
first part were the lawful owners of the premises above
granted, and Seized thereof in fee simple absolute; that
they are free from all encumbrances; that the said parties
of the first part have good right to sell and Convey
the same to the said party of the second part as
aforesaid; and that the said parties of the first part
their heirs, executors and administrators, the above des-
cribed and hereby granted and Conveyed premises,
and every part and parcel thereof, with the appurten-
ances unto the Said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns, against the said parties of the
first part and their heirs and against all and every
person and persons whomsoever, lawfully Claiming
or to Claim the same Shall and will warrant and by these
presents forever defend. All interlineations made before signing
In Witness Whereof, The Said parties of the first part
have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals the
