Alachua County   } Be it remembered, That on this the 30th
day of January AD 1878 personally come before me, an
acting Notary Public State at Large Mary E. Furman wife of
Charles D. Furman who upon an examination held by
me Separate and apart from her husband acknowledged
that she did make sign and seal the foregoing Deed of
Conveyance for the purposes therein expressed freely, volun-
tarily, and without any Compulsion, Constraint, apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband

This Indenture, made the 24th day of January in the
year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventy
Eight Between Samuel Reddish and his wife Catherine
Reddish of the County of Alachua and State of Florida of
the first part, and James H. Ritchey of Cumberland Co
Kentucky of the second part, Witnesseth that the said
parties of the first part, for and in Consideration of the
Sum of Four thousand Dollars lawful Money of the Uni-
ted States of America, to them in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, at or before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened
remised released Conveyed and Confirmed and by
these presents do grant bargain Sell alien remise
release Convey and Confirm unto the said party
of the Second part and his heirs and assigns,
forever, All that Certain tract of Land lying in Alachua
