County of Alachua } before me Samuel Reddish and
his wife Catherine Reddish to me well known as
the persons described in, and who executed the fore-
going Deed of Conveyance and acknowledged that
they executed the same for the purpose therein
expressed, whereupon it is prayed that the same may
be recorded

Chatham County   } This Indenture made on the
fifth day of October in the year of Our Lord one
thousand Eight hundred and Seventy Between John
B.G. Oneill and his wife Ida E. Oneill Rosa Payne
Virginia N. Payne and Sarah P. Payne of the
first part and Hampton Peterson of the sec-
ond part Witnesseth That for and in Consider-
ation of the Sum of two hundred & fifty $25000
Dollars to them in hand paid at and before the
Sealing and delivery hereof the receipt whereof is here-
by acknowledged the said parties of the first part
have given granted bargained sold and Conveyed
and by these presents do so give grant bargain
Sell & Convey to the said party of the second part and
to his heirs and assigns all their right title inter-
est and claim which the law by right of inheritance
to the real estate which belonged to Mrs Catharine Payne
at the time of her decease in the Village of Micanopy
County of Alachua & State of Florida said Real
Estate is known and described as follows to wit:
That Certain parcel of land Containing two acres more
or less in the Village of Micanopy on which is the
residence occupied by the said Catharine Payne at
the time of her decease bounded on the North by
lands formerly owned by F.C. Johnson & now in the possession
of D.S. Noland on the East by lands of William Edwards on
the South by lands of James A. Simonton formerly belonging to
the Estate of Jn Cosby deceased & on the West by lands
now belonging to Dr L. Montgomery
To have and to hold our said interest and claim to said
real estate above described unto the said party of the sec-
ond part his heirs executors or administrators and assigns
in fee simple forever together with the houses buildings
