Ida Oneill wife of John B.G. ONeill of my own free will
and accord and without any Compulsion Constraint, or
fear of or from my said husband became a party to
the foregoing Indenture of Deed for the purposes there-
in set forth witness my hand and Seal this first day

Chatham County   } Be it remembered that on this fifth day
of October in the year of Our Lord one thousand Eight hun-
dred and seventy before me the undersigned John W. Burrou-
ghs a Commissioner resident in the City of Savannah
County and State aforesaid duly Commissioned and qualified
by the executive Authority and under the laws of the State
of Florida to take the acknowledgment of Deed, et Cetera
to be used or recorded therein personally appeared
J.B.G. ONeill Ida E. ONeill, Rosa Payne, Virginia M. Payne
and Sarah P. Payne and acknowledged to me that they
signed sealed and delivered the within instrument of writing
on the day and year therein mentioned as their voluntary
act and deed, and for the purposes and uses therein Con-
tained, And the said Ida E. ONeill the wife of J.B.G. ONeill
on a private examination by me apart from her said hus-
band further acknowledged to me that she executed the
instrument of writing freely and without any fear or
compulsion of her said husband
In testimony Whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and
