Know all men by these presents that I, William Dixon
Lewis of Alachua County in the State of Florida in Consideration
of One hundred & fifty Dollars the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged to me paid by Sarah R. Barnes of Gainesville
in Said County and State, have granted Sold bargained and
Conveyed to the said Sarah R. Barnes her heirs, executors admin-
istrators and assigns and by these presents do hereby grant
bargain Sell and Convey to the said grantee her heirs executors
administrators and assigns forever a certain piece or parcel
or parcel of land Situate, lying and being in Said Alachua
County and known and described as follows to wit:- Commen-
cing at a stake located at the point where the half mile line
running North and South dividing Section 22 T10 SR20E
intersects and enters the waters of Paynes Prairie at high water
mark, thence (820) eight hundred and twenty ft to a stake;
thence South (950) nine hundred & fifty ft more or less to S
Boundary of Section 22; thence along said Boundary line
west (820) eight hundred and twenty ft to half mile line running N & S dividing sec-
tion 22 (950) nine hundred & fifty ft more or less to the pt
of beginning; Containing (17) Seventeen acres more or less being
in SW1/4 of SE1/4 of Section 22 T10 S R20 E To Have and
to hold to the said Sarah R. Barnes her heirs executors
